Founder / President’s message
OUR FOUNDER
Advocate Mobin Sayed
Advocate, arbitrator and mediator, with a background in journalism and public relations.
Professional experience
His legal work has covered banking disputes, civil and criminal litigation, matrimonial matters, railway claims and alternative dispute resolution. Earlier roles include Panel Counsel for Western Railway (2014–2019), Senior Adviser at MV Kini & Co. (2016–2025), and Associate Partner at Singhania & Co. in 2025.
Education & communication
He holds an LL.B. from Mumbai University, an M.A. in Public Administration and postgraduate diplomas in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Higher Education and Public Relations. His earlier career includes more than twenty years in journalism and media. He speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, Gujarati, Arabic and Persian.
